It does not govern third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy policies.
Cleanvola determines the purposes and means of processing personal information covered by this policy, except where a third party independently determines how it uses information.

Name, email address, telephone number, billing contact, account identifiers, and the identity or role of a person booking for a household, rental, or business.
Property and service information
Service address, ZIP code, property type, size, bedrooms and bathrooms, requested services, frequency, access instructions, alarm or gate information, parking details, pets, occupants, product preferences, special requests, booking history, service notes, and customer feedback.
Communications and service documentation
Emails, text messages, calls, form submissions, support requests, reviews, and photographs or service records created to document property condition, completed work, supplies, damage, safety concerns, or quality issues. We will seek appropriate permission before using an identifiable customer property image for public marketing.
Payment and transaction information
Charges, discounts, refunds, payment status, limited payment-card details such as card type or last four digits, and transaction identifiers. Full payment-card information is handled by payment processors rather than stored on the Cleanvola website.
Device and website information
IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and cookie or similar technology data.
Cleaning-professional and applicant information
Contact information, service areas, availability, work experience, business and licensing information, tax and payment details, identity-verification information, screening status, insurance information, communications, performance records, and documents reasonably necessary to evaluate and manage the relationship. A separate applicant or contractor notice may provide additional details.
3. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from people booking on your behalf; from cleaning professionals; and from service providers involved in booking, customer relationship management, communications, payments, screening, website hosting, fraud prevention, or analytics.
4. How we use information
- Provide estimates, confirm eligibility and availability, create and manage bookings, and coordinate cleaning professionals.
- Process payments, discounts, refunds, fees, invoices, and transaction records.
- Communicate about appointments, access, schedule changes, service issues, safety, and customer support.
- Customize checklists, remember property preferences, document service completion, and administer the 24-hour satisfaction promise.
- Recruit, screen, onboard, support, and administer relationships with cleaning professionals.
- Protect customers, professionals, property, systems, and Cleanvola from fraud, abuse, unsafe conditions, security incidents, and legal claims.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website, booking experience, services, training, and operations.
- Send promotional communications when permitted and honor unsubscribe or opt-out requests.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory obligations and enforce agreements.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:
- Cleaning professionals and service businesses: booking details, property instructions, customer contact information, and other information needed to evaluate or perform a service.
- BookingKoala: online quotes, scheduling, booking management, customer records, and related operational functions.
- GoHighLevel: customer relationship management, forms, workflows, email, text messaging, and support communications.
- Payment providers: payment authorization, processing, fraud prevention, disputes, and transaction records.
- Technology and operational providers: website hosting, email, telephone, storage, security, analytics, screening, insurance, accounting, and professional support.
- Legal and safety recipients: regulators, courts, law enforcement, insurers, advisers, or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate misconduct, or handle a claim.
- Business transactions: a potential or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or acquisition, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Cleanvola does not disclose text-messaging opt-in data or consent to third parties for their own marketing. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics technologies, if added in the future, may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under some state laws even when no money changes hands; this policy and available controls will be updated before such use where required.
6. Payments
Payment information is submitted to the payment provider integrated with the booking platform. Cleanvola receives transaction information needed to confirm payment, issue adjustments, maintain records, and address disputes, but does not intend to receive or store full card numbers or card security codes on its website. Payment providers process information under their own privacy notices.
8. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining customer and transaction records, managing recurring bookings, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations. Retention varies based on the information, relationship, and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission, system, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the message link and may reply STOP to promotional texts. We may continue sending non-promotional messages necessary for an active quote, booking, transaction, safety matter, or customer request.
Access, correction, and deletion
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to Cleanvola, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive information about categories of collection and disclosure; obtain a portable copy; opt out of certain selling, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
